Paul, Congress may have a lower approval rating but that won’t help the GOP in November. They are going to lose more seats in Congress even if McCain wins.

As far as winning, well the fact that we haven’t had another attack in this nation is true on that front, but Iraq is another story. The vast majority of Americans approved of going into Afghanistan, but Bush squandered our good will when he took us into Iraq. Iraq did not pose a threat to us and this invasion has cost 4,000 American lives and financial costs exploding over $1 trillion.

Bush made a promise during his 2000 campaign that he would not engage in nation building. He lied. The Bush administration has run up the largest national debt in our nation’s history. This is causing our dollar to devalue, thus resulting in inflation and higher energy costs. He has presided over the largest expansion of the Federal government since LBJ. He has eroded our Constitutional liberties with many provisions present in the Patriot Act. I don’t consider this to be a winning scenario.

I won’t go as far to say he is the worst president in history. I can think of a few others, but he’s certainly at the top of that list.

Duh, Dubya..It’s that pork chop tied around his neck that is attractive to the administrations benefactors. They will always come to the feeding frenzie with some soft money in support of another greedy hog..no grassroots will WANT come. Why would they PAY to lay eyes on the biggest presidential failure in the history of America and support more of the same?!

The best thing “Pat” has going for him is her androgynous name. Our overwhlemingly Democratic state likes chicks like “her” and “Robin” Hayes.

Considering that congress has a lower approval rating than the President, I would say Hayes and Jones do not need the help.
All of you bush bashers need to understand one thing, we are winning despite his matakes and have not been attacked here in the US. Do you think Al Gore of Kerry could have accomplished that? And to think that Obama wants to parley with those mass murderers.
