That is a stupid part of the lottery. So this current NC lottery needs to be thrown out and a better lottery system voted upon by a legitimate vote. The current lottery is a joke. It has not met the money raising goals that were sert forth either. So here are 3 reasons in my two comments to why the current lottery needs to be scrapped. That being said the North Carolina lottery is illegitimate becuase it passed on a corrupted or bought vote. And them Perdue passed the tie breaking vote in the state Senate.
