		<description>He didn't.  I watched the CNN interview.  He was referring to social programs like job training, etc.  The reparations question was explicitly dealt with immediately prior, and he redirected his answer to these job training types of 'deeds'.   I'm a staunch conservative, but I'll have to admit, most of what he said made sense.  He deals with most race-related questions with a carefully positioned 'post-racism' posture.  The reason to not vote for this character is because of the tax-and-spend platform being provided to him by the Democrats.</description>
