To place someone under arrest for something this trivial and tie up our already cluttered legal system and waste taxpayer dollars on someone doing a "Whoop! Whoop!" is over zealous. This story got national attention and it made our city look foolish. There were jackasses there - and they are the ones writing apologies. When you explain what your are going to do at least three times before the ceremony, and then you do it - those acting up should either pay the fine for their actions or turn in their citizen cards - they belong in the Darwin Awards.
