Fort Mill, Tega Cay Voters Should Oust Lindemann
I don’t generally pay much attention to county and town races unless the story is reaching far and wide, because there are simply too many county and local governments to pay attention to. However, I live in York County so I am pointing out this race for York County Council District 1 which covers Fort Mill and Tega Cay. As I wrote about here back in July, this is Paul Lindemann’s third DUI. We cannot have a member of government who lacks the judgment and self control to know when not to get on the road and put people’s lives in danger. Lindemann has two challengers, Marion Davenport (D) and Brian Smith (G). If Lindemann is reelected it sends a message that York County residents don’t expect their elected officials to bring ethics and integrity to representing their communities.
