Heath Shuler has been a fighter for working families in the U.S. House. It would be great for Shuler to have a stronger influence in the Senate. As many observers have pointed out, this Senate seat has changed party control every six years. A strong moderate Democrat like Heath Shuler might be the choice for his party to win and hold the seat.
