People with skills can only help their community and denying them higher education will just be waste of all the money taxpayers' pay to educate them. Illegal or not they still receive K-12 education, so why stop at high school? If you have invested so much in these individuals, why would you produce a law to disable them to contribute back? Puzzling really. This law makes no sense whatsoever, why would you support for a person to get refused higher education. I had to pay enough myself even though I was in the top 10% of my high school class and graduated college Summa Cum Laude with a 3.95 GPA. I totally agree with you.
