Not too much to disagree with in his answers.  Just a quibble on the mandatory seatbelt/helmet laws.  I certainly wear my seatbelt, but I just don&#039;t think it should be mandatory.

Using the logic of a &quot;good reason to prohibit the activity because others could be affected or adversely impacted by their “individual behavior.” the legislature could assume they have the right to prohibit smoking on private property such as restaurants and bars.

Or maybe they could mandate helmets for car drivers, or 55 mph speed limits, or basically anything??</description>
