Reason #3,102 why N.C. is Messed-the-hell-up

North Carolina lawmakers are pushing through a hefty increase in the tax credit for movie makers even though a study commissioned by the state film office says the state would lose money on the deal for at least two years.

The N&O

There’s more, but that one sentence really just says it all, doesn’t it?

Pfft, it’s a shame to see the banning of a 100% natural plant. It never hurt anyone!

I agree with the above. Find one report on Salvia Trip that suggests its dangerous to the individual or the community and I might change my mind.

All the while, alcohol and tobacco continue to kill thousands each year. :(

Just like to agree with you folks. Ass backwards drug policies. Meth is illegal, yet they have doctors prescribing adderrall (crushed meth) for ADD folks. I guess meth is bad but not if your giving it to someone with brain chemical imbalances? While Alcohol is legally killing thousands through addiction and DUI’s these goofball politicians are attacking Salvia Divinorum (with no attributed deaths). Why is salvia being outlawed before tobacco? Tobacco is costing the country billions and these idiotic leaders are concerned with this? There ya go America, keep voting REP/DEM and this is the ridiculiousness we get.

It’s a culturally easy target I think because it’s not mainstream, good for publicity to “BAN drugs”.
