Sanford and his soul mate deserve one another. She knew he was married, and chose to value herself as “slimy.” His wife should shed him and find someone more equitable. The best to her.

Sanford has abundant problems that scream for professional help. After he resigns, is divorced by his wife, and begins a medication regimen, he can revisit and retry his failed adolescence, perhaps getting it more right this time. Every guy that I know had a ’soul mate’–when they were teenagers. I don’t have a doubt that if the Argentine women actually lived with Sanford for a few months instead of visiting occasionally at luxury spots. the magic would be off and the guy would grow up. Thank God we discovered the truth about him before he had the chance to become president.

In the meantime, SC is becoming known as the Soul Mate State.

People fall out of love…it happens. But why must he continue to humiliate his wife and family in the National press? Do we all really need to know that this woman is his soulmate and that he’ll “try” to fall back in love with his wife?

I think the biggest problem with this whole situation has been the way Sanford has let it roll out.

This day-by-day release of information has just been bad. Better that it would have all come out in one or two news cycles.

Sandford and Co. are feeding the media beast.

The Guv needs to resign. He has become too much of a distraction to the people’s business.

What “error” in his personal life? HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS DOING FOR YEARS!!!!!

He got so caught up in it, he crossed the line, had to admit his one dalliance and when the pressure came on – his concensice (sp?) got to him to admit more. Still dont think he is done as the ladies will come out of the woodwork for their 15 mins of fame.

Resign and payback anything you took from the tax payers.
Go to Argentina and be with your soul mate. Spend 3 months and decide if you want to be with sole mate or with your family and do accordingly

Just resign.

On a previous post I had thought he shouldn’t resign cause of an error in judgement in his personal life.

His “confessional” interviews, among other things, has definitely crossed my “eww” line, and he should definitely resign.

this governor is a bit confused!!
” he is trying to love his wife again”
while still having a soul mate,
and he expects her to jump right in
and ” be loved again” by him.
Women are always use as cleaning rag
and they kind of play that roll unconcerned
it looks to me.
