National Socialist Movement Leaves Racist Fliers on James Island

Neo-Nazi fliers that upset residents of a Hanahan neighborhood were also left in driveways on James Island.

Residents of Oak Island Drive, a neighborhood off Folly Road near the beach, found them outside their houses last week, wrapped inside free real-estate magazine that can be picked up in stores.

One resident said the fliers were from the National Socialist Movement, a white supremacist group based in Detroit.

Anyone who follows politics knows that the left wing has perpetuated a myth over the years that racism and white supremacy exists solely within the right wing of America.  Interestingly enough, I have never met a right wing Socialist.

These people?  Yeah, they’re kind of nuts.
