McCrory on “Closing Bell” Today to Discuss Porkulus

ShareCharlotte Mayor Pat McCrory will get national exposure this afternoon, when he is a guest on CNBC’s “Closing Bell” show.
“Closing Bell,” hosted by Maria Bartiromo, airs at 4:30 p.m. It is carried in Charlotte by Time-Warner cable channel 34.
McCrory will discuss an op-ed column he wrote for Wednesday’s Wall Street Journal, titled “The Lessons of the Stimulus Bill.” In that column, McCrory wrote that elected officials should have put more planning into the spending bill, and that the bill is filling short-term needs, in many cases.
