		<description>While these aren&#039;t the most serious violations imaginable, Sanford still needs to go.  If he had any decency left, he would resign immediately and save the people of SC the time and money (not to mention the embarrassment) involved with an impeachment trial.</description>

Yeah, mr. &#039;conservative&#039; governor, you got yours but you were damned determined to play with the fate of the entire state (and YOUR constituents) when it came to taking federal monies.  what an ass.

why would anyone trust another republican as governor when the &#039;machine&#039; apparently protects its own until there is hay to be made on the fall of one of its own.  that said, the same for electing a democrat (see NC:  Easley).</description>
