    Celtic,

Jackass…hmmm. Hey wait, that’s the symbol of the Democrat Party.

Gotta nominate the whole Democratic Party of NC.

But if that’s too many, we’ll just settle for The Joker …Bev Purdue .

I still say Mark Sanford. Out of all of these people, he’s the only one that could have realistically become the next President of the United States.

    Roy Williams.

For having a fan unceremoniously ejected from a game for exercising his 1st amendment rights.

    ESPN2 agrees. http://espn.go.com/espn/page2/index?id=4741580

    Logic:

Just a correction: the fan has the ‘right’ to exercise his freedom of speech. And that ‘right’ is limited by law (yelling ‘fire’ in a crowded theatre). That ‘right’ is, in this case, correctly limited by the officials at games as well as the owners/managers of a facility.

So, too, ‘free’ speech has consequences, as among spectators at sporting events, like fans being ejected, say, at a tennis match, for outbursts like this.

What the fan did, in actuality was show unsportsmanlike conduct – which is usually overlooked by the other team as this sort of yelling by fans is routine.

Roy Williams, himself, is simply a poor sport with an inflated idea of his importance and position- and is a proper jackass.

You obviously don’t know what happened, the fan never even yelled anything about a “fire,” he was yelling at a UNC player about to shoot a free throw, and they weren’t even in a theater. So thanks, but no correction needed. My submission for “Jackass of the Year” still stands.
